ISW is the sustainable sneakers project created by NiRa Rubens with the aim of helping to improve the impact on the environment.


The ISW collection presents a new aesthetic, where the design makes an important and responsible contribution; the beauty of ISW also has a social value because it reduces its ecological impact on the Earth. The designs are made by choosing certified, bio-based, recycled materials and without the use of animal-derived leather.

UPPERS AND SPOILERS

The upper of all ISW models is composed of 29% cotton and 71% polyurethane.
The upper of the Alfa Sport Peach model is made of bio-based mass, 75% recycled PU, recycled PE and viscose.
Some models feature inserts composed of 50% nylon and 50% polyurethane.

Spoilers are made of reflex fabric and canvas fabric.
The Alfa Sport Peach spoiler is made of 75% bio-based mass composed of recycled PU, recycled PE and FSC® certified viscose.

OUTSOLE

Composed of 55% natural rubber.

DECORATION

The decoration is hand-painted with water-based paints for reduced environmental impact.

BAMBOO LINING

The lining is made from viscose fibers derived from Bamboo, certified FSC® and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.

REMOVABLE INSOLE LINING

Composed of 75% bio-based mass and FSC® certified viscose fibre. Antibacterial, breathable and absorbent.

ISW LABEL:

Composed of 65% bio-based carbon, derived from natural sources.

SUSTAINABLE

ISW models do not use animal-derived materials.

RECYCLED

Certified recycled raw materials have been chosen according to worldwide norms and standards.

ETHICS

Each ISW model uses animal-free, bio-based and recycled materials to reduce its impact on the environment.
